Unfortunately, Delta-Q does not offer repair or replacement services.
Contact the OEM of your vehicle or machine or the distributor you purchased the charger from for any service requests.
Delta-Q does recognize that you may value repair and re-use of your existing charger rather than having to scrap it. Though Delta-Q does NOT have any "authorized" repair centers, if you do wish to explore repair options we suggest you contact Flight Systems Industrial Products, who specialize in repair and re-manufacture of industrial electronics. They will also be able to offer you a new Delta-Q charger if repair is not feasible.
